Well SORTA… From our first local business, Chicken & Egg Farm Fresh Eggs, we sought to do more than provide delicious pasture-raised eggs to our community. And instead, go even further to incorporate them into our next biggest passions, ice cream & food. At -14 Below Ice Cream Company & Cafe, we wanted to bring to the Sequim Area a premier handcrafted artisan ice cream + some of the best breakfast & lunch you’ll ever experience.



Our Ice Creams:
Through years of refinement and testing - we have created our own ice cream tech and method known as Slow Spun Artisian Style!
This style results in an ice cream that is EXTREMELY DENSE, almost DOUBLE the thickness of anything you’ll find in stores! Our ice creams are made in small batches of two gallons at a time to ensure richness and care are put into each one of our flavors. Our flavor selection will, of course, offer everyone’s favorites but we will look to get creative with it and offer flavors that take inspiration from around the world for our rotational & seasonal selection. We will be constantly and consistently checking in and polling with our local community at every purchase to see what new flavors they would want to taste next!

We will also feature our secondary form of ice cream, Ol’ Fashion, which still maintains our rich flavor profile for all flavors but is similar in consistency to a usual ice cream!

Our Food:
In our kitchen, our menu is headed and curated by our Co-Owner and Executive Chef, Chef William.

A Olympic Pennisula native who brings to the table a wealth of countless years of expertise in the kitchen ranging from a culinary school background at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, to decades of world traveling and living abroad throughout his career. His time as an aerospace engineer executive took him to all corners of this earth and he never squandered the opportunity to hop into the kitchen and learn. With that, he and our team look to convey the flavor of the world to your doorstep with our dishes. We look to offer a new special every other day from another part of the world to always showcase something new (or possibly very familiar) to your palette!
