IMPORTANT NOTE:
There is construction outside of the cafe for a salmon viaduct! Though it may look like we are closed because of the construction, we are indeed open! The entrance to the parking lot may change looks and location during the duration of this construction but we will do our best to keep you updated on how to come in!
AS OF TODAY - you can access the restaurant from the hotel’s side entrance that comes right before the main entrance!

At -14 Below Ice Cream Company & Cafe, we offer a new way of enjoying premier homemade artisan ice cream and a delicious selection of lunch dishes. We source locally & internationally for ingredients to be used by our Pennisula native, Executive Chef William, who brings expertise from a culinary school background and decades of living abroad.
